How to check VMDK file?

After the lights were turned off, the virtual machine stopped loading with words

VBoxManage: error: VMDK: inconsistency between grain table and backup grain table in '/root/VirtualBox VMs/Zimbra/Zimbra_Linux-disk1_1.vmdk' (VERR_VD_VMDK_INVALID_HEADER).

What are the utilities for checking and restoring vmdk files?

Make a copy of the file Zimbra_Linux-disk1_1.vmdk
Create another virtual machine with WIN, connect the disk as a non-primary one, check it, connect it to the original virtual machine.

You can check and try to restore using the official set from VMWare
www.vmware.com/support/developer/vddk/
