How to check the presence of SEO fields for an element or infoblock section?

Hello.
There is a task: if the SEO parameter (title, descrition, etc.) is not set for the element or section, then generate your own, according to the algorithm. Out of the box, all these fields are inherited from the parent, and the parent's parameters are displayed in $arResult.
How to check if seo parameters are set for a particular element or section?
