How to check an advertising campaign in Direct for impressions by MAC addresses?

From the personal account of the wifi radar, 3 segments of MAC addresses were uploaded (not by me) to the advertising campaign of the direct - all to different groups of the advertising campaign.
As a result, clicks from ads come from only one group, and they don’t come from the other two - something is wrong here.

Question: what exactly is wrong? autotargeting has to do with MAC addresses?

No, autotargeting has nothing to do with MAC addresses. This is the automatic targeting of ads to an audience that Yandex considers potentially relevant to you. It is not tied to the targeting that you set, but relies on the ad and the site.
Therefore, there are impressions and transitions, but not for your audience.
