How to charge a Dell laptop with portable charger?
Cit. ( source ): "DELL power supplies have an additional pin in the form of a needle in the power connector. Through this contact, the laptop reads data about the type and power of the charger. If the read type of charger or its power does not suit the laptop, the battery will not be charged. "
Let's say we have a Power Bank (portable charger) designed, among other things, for charging laptops (eg Ross and Moor MP-50000). Use it to charge your Dell XPS laptop.
The first thing you need is a 7.4x5.0mm adapter with a pin. Secondly, it is necessary that the laptop recognizes the charge as "its own". What can be done here? I know that something is described in the above source, but I would not like to deal with microcircuits and soldering, because I am quite far from this.
Perhaps the solution would be an option where a certain adapter for a car charger is plugged into the Power Bank, and, fortunately, there is a car charger for Dell.
What ideas?

Either China will give you such guarantees, or buy a powerbank for 220 volts and the smut with plugs will disappear)
