Choice of Qi-charging. How strong is the difference?

I continue to slowly switch to "wireless". Before the stage of choosing a charge, there were no questions, but when I got to it, I stalled a bit.

Now there are actually two types of Qi chargers on the market. These are Chinese noname pancakes for 3–5 USD and branded coasters (including those from Chinese brands, or, for example, well-known flagships such as Nokia / Sony / Samsung), which are often produced in the same place, but already standing from 50 to 150 dollars.

The question is, is there a real difference between them, for example, in terms of charge efficiency, battery safety, or are the differences only in the case and cheap materials?

Does it make sense to fork out for WCH10, or is it better to buy a bucket of plastic circles for this amount, which are the first to appear in the search results for the word Qi on eBay and Ali, and scatter them around the house and at work?
