What can be done with a laptop?

Hello. I wrote on the HP website, no one answered me on the problem. I'm posting here, maybe someone can help. Excites 2 questions:
1. Is there firewood on win8 for hp probook 4720s? Needed:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_1411103C&REV_06
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_1411103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_078000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_0780
I couldn't find anything. The question is, as it were, of more or less relative importance. Tell me such a thing, what will happen if I don’t have this firewood? There, as a result, 2 devices are not recognized in the system (I tried to update through win itself, the effect was 0).
2. This question is more interesting and more intrusive. The laptop is quite old and it has a Pentium protsik. The characteristics are as follows:
Pentium P6200 2130 MHz
chipset Intel HM57
and ATI Radeon HD 6370M 1023gb
I want to replace the RAM on it (add a 4 gig slot) and install a new hard drive so that the laptop works faster. In general, the computers were not upgraded by a person, I will order in the service, I don’t want to bother myself. Interested in the following - what will happen if you replace the protsik? One to one (probably almost) laptops of the same series and the same number come with i3, i5, i7 (they used to be, the laptop is no longer produced). In the workshop they said that after some time I’ll just throw the laptop into the trash and that’s it, because of the motherboard, which, like, doesn’t pull the protsik or something like that. Is this true and what can be done to increase MHz?
PS The upgrade is carried out in order to improve performance in PS, reduce the overall number of lags and speed up work, since now there are wild brakes. I checked for broken HDD clusters, everything is there as well as possible for such a mammoth.
PPS I understand perfectly well that when upgrading win8, it will fly away anyway and x64 win7 will be installed.

First, you have an SSD, not an HDD. What did you mean by checking for broken clusters? If this was a test for successful reading, then it is not indicative for an SSD, since it has no problems with reading, but over time, some blocks become inaccessible for writing. Also, some (or all, not sure) SSDs experience a slowdown as they fill up.
Secondly, replacing the processor in a laptop is a risky undertaking, since it heats up. The cooling system may not be able to handle the heat dissipation of the new processor. Moreover, 2 cores at 2130 MHz is not so little, even by modern standards. From the point of view of an upgrade, RAM is much more promising.
And thirdly, RAM. It is her addition that can help with the brakes. 2 gigabytes for a modern desktop is nothing, especially since you are engaged in graphics and layout. Bet as much as checkmate allows. pay and finance. At the same time, I recommend not just adding one module, but installing two identical ones (what if the motherboard supports dual-channel mode?). So the OS will use less paging, respectively, the lags will decrease.

Drivers are searched for by PCI \ VEN_8086 & DEV_3B64 the rest is not needed! Intel Management Engine Driver Never had any problems with this. You can roll the figure eight and it will pull everything up by itself
. Upgrading the laptop is a disastrous business. It just doesn't make sense most of the time. You can put everything that supports the mother.

On the first question - VEN_8086 is Intel. Download the driver package for the HM57 chipset from their website - most likely everything will be installed.
