How to change yandex-electromail for password recovery on Habré?

They took away the box on Yandex.
Support is silent for the second week, I'm starting to slowly crawl to another service.
However, in the settings, the "Email for password recovery:" field is inactive. And I can't change.
An attacker can gain access to an account on Habré as well.
