Constantly logs out. What could be the problem?

The site constantly logs me out.
At what any regularity I cannot catch.
Is this a common problem for everyone or just me?

cookies are rotten, the location may still be to blame - the cookie / session is tied to an external IP address or range when you try to log in from another IP address, despite the cookie, you are forced to log in again. Probably, additional statistics are kept of the places from which you enter and are forced to re-enter when you enter from some unfamiliar place.

I now constantly have the following situation:
- I go to Habr and I'm in an unlogged state.
- I go to any page and I'm already logged in.

I determined what the problem is:
the fact is that I use my personal laptop both at home and at work, and since the IPs at home and at work are different, Habr thinks that the IP has changed and logs out.
Apparently nothing can be done about it. Disable IP binding as I understand it is not safe
