There is a server over the hill on it there is a site of a municipal institution, and for this site it is necessary to change ip to Russia, in connection with the requirements of the law, and since servers in Russia are not cheap, buying in Russia is not an option. I'm thinking in the direction of CDN services, but I don't know which of them are normal in Russia.

Buy the cheapest nginx \ VPS and make a reverse proxy, then change the IP in DNS.

Maybe a VPN ? IMHO it will be faster and easier.
