How to use Google Drive or DropBox as a CDN?

I want to place css files on the server separately from the site.
Tried both on Google Drive and on DropBox the result is the same, Chrome gets an empty file.
I do this, I upload the file and share it via the link. I put the link in link.
Or tell me a free CDN if there is one, so far I can’t find anything that can be used for these purposes.
