Pricing policy and economics of CDN networks in the Russian Federation - is there any info?

I am doing work (a student-economist) on the economics and financial modeling of CDN networks, I would like to know some details:
1) What should I look at first of all (network infrastructure and architecture, contractors a la content providers, etc.)?
2) How is the cost of traffic and data storage in CDN networks formed?
