Could you tell me a minimalistic engine/service for the company's internal knowledge base?

Good afternoon!

We are looking for an engine or a ready-made service (web) for an internal knowledge base for a small company. Can be paid. The volume is small, a maximum of a couple of hundred articles.
Basic requirements:
- perfect work on mobile devices
- simple, easy and fast interface. Without any wiki markup.
- ideal if you can copy articles to the clipboard with one click
- create versions of articles in several languages (in tabs or something like that)
- ideal if you can publish part of the database outside for clients, on your connected domain

Found a good nuclino.com. Lightweight, but nothing else there.
Tell me more options?

Zhumla 4th.
Versioning, multilingual, access rights, any editor, any fields in the material, completely free, there is a framework and api for developing / improving anything.

MyBase.pro is suitable for many points - you can structure all kinds of knowledge: regulations, instructions, articles, news, courses, tests, scripts, links. Publish part of the database outside for clients. Simple, easy and fast interface. Without any wiki markup.
There is no versioning of articles, there is no one-button copying. There is parsing (you can download an external article from another site for yourself, while maintaining the structure and markup)
