How to change username to english in windows 8?

Hello. I had an encoding conflict when working with android studio "Your SDK location contains non-ASCII characters", because the username in the path is in Russian. I changed the account name to English through the control panel. When I enter Windows, I see my name in English, but in the users folder the name remains the same as it was in Russian. I found a solution to the problem only for windows 7. I did not find it for windows 8.

Create a new user - transfer the profile to it - delete the old one.
