How can I control the sound of Bluetooth headphones with the system?

There is an ASUS Zenbook laptop with Win10Pro, redmi airdots headphones are connected to it via Bluetooth.
The problem is that the headphones do not move the volume control through the windows system.
What could be the problem?
And how can it be solved?
