How to change the update period of the output node in TOR?

There is a task to collect a lot of data from the site, of course, many requests per second will be blocked from one IP. The idea came to mind to wrap the traffic in a torus and force it to change the output node every 10 seconds. In practice, I can not find how to make this setting. Help, who knows. Thank you.
