How to set proxy as output address in tor browser?

We all know that the Tor output nodes are in the database and more or less "white" sites are not allowed if you access through the Tor browser. The question is how to get a "white" output ip address? The Tor browser in the settings has the ability to specify a proxy, but as the input address, i.e. proxy-> tor-> regular site. And how to make tor-> proxy-> white site?! Found this on the internet:

# Force Tor to make all HTTP directory requests through this host:port (or

# host:80 if port is not set).

HttpProxy <адрес прокси>:<номер порта>

# A username:password pair to be used with HTTPProxy.

HttpProxyAuthenticator <логин>:<пароль>

# Force Tor to make all TLS (SSL) connectinos through this host:port (or

# host:80 if port is not set).

HttpsProxy <адрес прокси>:<номер порта>

# A username:password pair to be used with HTTPSProxy.

HttpsProxyAuthenticator <логин>:<пароль>

Allegedly, you need to specify this in the config file torrc.
Is it it or not? If not, is it possible to implement this through 3proxy for example? in general, any software will do with an explanation of how to implement it using it or a link to the manual for dummies
red.v.1. Those rules that are listed above - play the role of "I use a proxy to connect to the tor", i.e. a proxy-tor-internet connection is created. This could also be done through the settings without editing the torus config file. Then the idea came to specify the proxy by regular means of Windows (Internet properties). Thus, standard browsers work, but Tor did not want to accept these settings in any way, even if you specify them manually from the browser. Then the thought came that it did not accept https proxies and I replaced them with socks5 ... as a result, the Tor browser stopped starting after such settings.

User -> Tor -> proxy/VPN/SSH (aka "white") -> Internet
There are no other options.
If there is already a purchased one, then what is in the list of parameters (in the question) is it. Just set the desired IP/PORT/Login/Pass and test.
