How does Yandex find out the location when accessing via Tor?

There is a tor with maximum settings, noscript, https everywhere, etc. Naturally, all geolocation is disabled in the settings, checked. Time zone - UTC, ip is always not Russia. Yandex every time accurately determines - Moscow ... Naturally, the account did not go into Yandex, fingerprinting is also excluded, a virtual machine. How does he do it, what is this magic? What ideas?

There are scripts that, based on the data of the machine, assign it a specific identifier. To form such an ID, all possible information is taken up to the installed fonts and screen size (which is why Tor suggests changing the size of the browser window).
And so, you logged in from your machine not through Tor, Yandex received your ID and IP address.
Then you went through the Tor, Yandex received your ID, and found your IP in its database and other data using it.

In the public domain there is a fairly reliable library for user identification, of course, not 100% sure. I am also sure that Yandex has better tools, and as your case shows, this tool works well.
