I have such a problem: part of the windows 10 system is displayed in Korean, part of the interface is in Russian. (See screenshot)
Wherever there is an opportunity to choose a language, the cost is Russian. Who knows how to make windows be in Russian at 100%

Switch everything to English, reboot. Turn everything on Russian, reboot
