How can I change the status color of a bar using Tkinter (from tkinter import *)?

This refers to the strip with the Close, Minimize buttons and the inscription tk.

No way. Everything outside the client side is controlled by OS
PS I advise you not to use tkinter at all and python in general to create programs with windows
