How to change the installation location of the program?

There is a program, during installation there is no request for the installation location, unpacking goes to C .. AppData, I need to install it to another location, maybe there is some key on the command line?
Or maybe unpack this exe with something and change the path?

You need to a) determine what the installer is packed with b) find the unpacker / decompiler.

Unpacked, changed what needed and packed back.

Install the program where it is installed, move it to a new location, make a hardlink to the place where it was installed by default.
