How to change the default value of automatic leading in InDesign?

Subject. Tired of setting up every time. It is clear that different fonts have different leading, but the default value (120%) in 99% of cases is no good. As a rule, a value of 150% works well.

With the documents closed, go to the Paragraphs palette, select Justification from the menu and set the value you need in the Auto Leading field. After that, by default, all new documents will be with this parameter.
