How to change the color of the inscription on the windows boot screen? Google searched all over, and all sorts of changers do not solve the problem either. Editing along the windows/branding path does not change this inscription.

I have this picture BIOS'om configured. I flashed my picture into the BIOS and now from the moment the BIOS is loaded and until the entrance to Windows, my picture is drawn.
