Is it worth spending resources per person or is it worth going to courses?

Unfortunately, I found myself in a situation in which I drove myself.
There is income, but there is no opportunity to develop.
Limited in rights and tasks. At work, there is a clear separation between supports and admins.
Roughly speaking, there are plenty of enikey tasks, but they have already become boring and take a lot of time.
Stupidly I can’t sit at work to read articles or watch training videos.
There is an option to persuade a friend of the administrator to become a teacher for a monetary reward.
Those. he gives tasks, I pick, I give out the answer. He corrects and directs in the right direction.
I want to offer, let's say one webinar per week - 1.5 hours of classes + homework for a week.
Then we write off by mail, I report what I encountered - he says what I'm doing wrong.
Or is it nonsense and is it better to go to courses? But WinServer courses are quite expensive.
I have an idea how to deal with this economy, but there is no practice and nowhere to get it.
As they say, you need to feel everything yourself. But how to start.
In what direction to move? And what payment to offer for the administrator for such manner of training?
What would you charge per month if you are a certified Microsof admin?

I myself do not have a specialized education, while working in technical support I received a lot of new knowledge for myself. I do self-education. Now I work as a windows administrator with user support functions. As for the vidos, I don’t agree - they are very useful for the overall development and understanding of the processes. For example on https://www.techdays.ru/you can learn a lot of new knowledge. Literature - books like "The Complete Guide to Windows Server 2012R2", "Exchange Server 2013", "Computer Networks. Principles, Technologies, Protocols.", "Cisco's Official Guide to Preparing for CCNA Certification Exams" Thanks to these books, I passed the Microsoft 70- 410 and 70-411, this week I will take 70-412. Accordingly, the resume already has the status of MCP, I hope there will be MSCA as well. In the next six months I plan to receive the MSCE messaging and CCNA cisco status. Well, practice - I deployed a Hyper-v and wmvare test bench at home. 16 gigabytes of RAM and 8 HDDs in the system unit allow you to deploy up to 8 virtual machines and implement quite complex schemes. So we can say the money was spent only on books and on upgrading the computer.

There is a big difference between setting up a test and putting it into operation, running into bugs, etc.
The first way out is really solving problems from a familiar system administrator who has more skills + free online courses (you need to search, but there is
) for example, with AD, and then solve problems for AD
Search for companies where you need to implement something and thus hone your capabilities
The second is to change jobs with possible growth just like an admin (not Enikey)

Leaving for another job - to lose in salary. And now is not the best time on the market.
Is it possible to find labs at the rate "Course 20410D: Installing and configuring Windows Server 2012 R2"?
According to the course program - everything seems to be clear, you need to check how well everything is clear. Can anyone share a link?
