How to change php constant AF_INET6 in XAMPP?

YII2 is installed, but the Yii Application Requirement Checker gives a WARNING with the following content:

"IPv6 expansion in IpValidator - When IpValidator::expandIPv6 property is set to true, PHP must support IPv6 protocol stack. Currently PHP constant AF_INET6 is not defined and IPv6 is probably unsupported."

How to fix it? XAMPP. Windows 10. PHP 7.2.3.

Try connecting php_sockets.dll
