Why doesn't the project run through openserver?

I'm trying to run a local version of the site through open server, just an empty window opens, and the following errors appear:
prntscr.com/hfkc9c The
paths are correct
And do I need to specify the entry point in the open server'a settings, namely index.html? And if so, how ?
As a folder with a domain, I simply specified the folder in which all html files are located:
prntscr.com/hfkf1f

In your webapp/html folder do you have a lib folder and the relevant files in it? What's in the web server log for these requests?
