How to install a full web server on nas4free?

Good day. Tell. Have a home nas server running nas4free. I would like to "raise" a full-fledged web server on it, like a screw open server. Has anyone seen the instructions?

N4F has built-in Virtualbox. Create a virtual machine, install Debian on it, install on Debian LAMP.

Hello,
I didn’t see the All-in-One Instruction, but you can find answers in different ones. Usually they do this:
1. Install TheBrig (jails manager) in nas4free.
2. After installing and running jails, we connect to nas4free via ssh and after that, in the console, we already climb into jails (jexec 1 csh).
3. And then everything, as in FreeBSD - deploy and update the ports, go to the port (cd /usr/ports/www/apache24/) and "make install clean". Well, we install everything you need - Apache, PHP, MySQl, PostgreSQL and so on...
