How to change permission of remoteApp WinServer 2012r2?

When launching the forwarded 1C7, the resolution of 1s is somehow small, all the fonts are blurred, when connected to the same server, the full screen is the same, in the properties it shows my native resolution .. How to win?
UPD. I set the font scaling to 100% from the "Administrator", when you connect to the RApp from it, now everything is in order, pixel by pixel. But every new added user now needs the same zoom setting, how to win? How to choose this scaling for all at once?

The problem was solved like this - In the local group policies, I set the "Prohibition of choosing a font size for the design style" and all users now have 100% scale, as set by the Administrator.

A similar situation, I solved by creating a task for each server start by entering registry keys:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontDPI]
"LogPixels"=dword:00000078

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\0000\Software\Fonts]
"LogPixels"=dword:00000078
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\0001\Software\Fonts]
"LogPixels"=dword:00000078
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\Current\Software\Fonts]
"LogPixels"=dword:00000078
[HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\Software\Fonts]
"LogPixels"=dword:00000078

At each start - because with a single application it flew to the standard values. Also, for safety net, a line has been added to the user login script:
So far everything works, but why such a simple function is not made "out of the box" is not clear.
