How to fix overflow error in Navision?

Menu not opening in Navision. The accountant "formed something there" and now this item does not open from any computer. Google, stopping the service, resetting the session does not help. I'm a noob in navigation, I hope for some help.

In Navision 2009, deleting the Zup file helps with such errors.
