Different IP addresses on the same provider?

Help solve the problem. It is necessary to organize 10 computers for 10 companies in one room and on one provider, so that "not to burn the office", that is, with different poppy addresses, and it is advisable not to burn the ip address issued by the provider. There is an idea to raise a server with viruals, but what about the provider? Do not buy flash drives from opsos for each workplace.

You buy a router, allocate a Separate Vlan to each individual company, a separate gray subnet for each Vlan.
You connect the router at one end to the provider, on the other hand you connect the Vlan of organizations.
Set up Overload Nat on the router.
