How to issue payments on options (for individual entrepreneurs)?
Hello!
How to correctly arrange payment for options (which I was given as a bonus when concluding a contract for the provision of software development services for this company) from a foreign company?
An additional complication is that the payments will not be on behalf of the firm itself, but on behalf of a third party - a trusted intermediary.
Thank you.

In fact, everything turned out to be quite simple: it is drawn up on the basis of the "Options Granting Agreement" (the document in which it is written how many options you are entitled to) and the second document, which indicates the specific amount of payment.
Of course, a lot still depends on the "Agreement ..", because there may be some insidious points.
An option is a contract, so you make payments according to it as payment orders.
Legally, in no way, you will not be able to get them in court in case of refusal of options
