How to change language from English to Russian in Photoshop CS6 on MAC OS?

I have mac os, installed photoshop and can't change the language in any way.

The language in PS does not change in the settings. If you downloaded and installed the English PS, you won't be able to change it to Russian. The language is selected before installation.
