Is there a simple lightweight graphics editor in nature that can resize and crop images and at the same time has the PS feature - "Save for Web"? I just don't need the vast majority of Photoshop functions, I don't want to use this monster

irfan view. It resizes better than Photoshop, it crops perfectly, there are a lot of save parameters without a kilogram of metadata.
