In pursuit of the question of how you start layout, I would like to ask, how do you work with font sizes?

Namely, a combination of measurements in Ps (Question only for FS users) and pixel (or relative values), so that everything is pixel by pixel. I always have disagreements. I often take as a basis how many values in FS, I put as many pixels, then I correct it, but this is a hemorrhoid and I'm sure it's not right.

The pt unit is 1/72 inch. The most common layout resolution is 72 ppi (72 pixels per inch). From this we can conclude that 1 pt = 1 px. Although this is not always the case. Check layout resolution.

And I take the value of the font size directly from Photoshop.

Do you know why in fsh a font fits into a div block, but when you make up the layout and the font on the site does not fit into the same block ?? Because when you convert fonts for the web, they convert differently.
Graininess, serifs, sizes may appear. Everything changes in general.
This is the reason for the dissimilarity with fsh.
