How to change imap account in outlook?
Good afternoon. Maybe someone knows how to change account settings in Outlook using domain policies. imap account.
In short, users need to enable TLS encryption and change the mail server address. Everything else must be left.
On the official MS website, I found how to do this using a prf file. But I can't figure out how to make changes to the current account. It either creates a new one with new PST files. Or does nothing if there is already an account with the same name.
When I made the prf file, I paid attention to the item “if the account exists. Don't change." And here's how to make it so that you can change the current account.
Here is an example of my prf file.
