How to change AMD video card settings in windows 10?

As you know, in Windows, starting from version 8, there is a problem with HDMI support for ati video cards, this is expressed as follows:
After installing firewood and working through HDIM, the screen resolution remains blurry, although firewood works and the screen does not reach the edges.
this is solved rather stupidly in the catalyst settings, there is a slider to increase the screen size, by default it is in the middle, you unscrew it to the edge and everything starts working as expected.
BUT!
what to do if this is a laptop with atish vidyakha, official firewood has not yet been released, but they work anyway. And of course there is no catalyst in the kit, and he does not want to be installed, how to tighten this parameter if there is nowhere to turn it, can someone tell me?

@shambler81

here it is rather necessary to edit the directive itself through the registry, but where?
