What note categorizers exist with access (synchronization) from PC and Android?
Requirements must be met:

• the presence of categories;
  
• access from computers and smartphones;
  
• notes are sent without names and scrolled with the mouse wheel or keyboard arrows;
  
• clickability and link previews;
  
• possibility of export;
  

For now, you can do this:

• create closed channels and give them the names of the necessary categories;
  
• create folders for categories and include category channels in them, for example:
  
  • in the "Recipes" folder, you can include channels-categories: Meat, Salads, Fish, Cork, Pies, etc .;
    
  • you can also create folders for other categories: “Diaries”, “To Do”, etc.;
    
• in one of the channels of the diary, you can make a rubricator with links to categories.
  

Opportunities:

• access from PC and Android;
  
• it is convenient to share notes and keep joint diaries;
  
• you can insert images, files into notes;
  
• there is an export of categories;
  
• links with a preview are well formed: page titles and the first image are picked up;
  
• two-level categorization: 1st level - channels-categories, 2nd level - folders in which they are collected;
  
• it is convenient to send the page address directly from the browser;

Details:
Use as categories of groups or channels:
Groups:

• when deleting messages, you need to check the “delete for everyone” box each time (if the group has other members);
  
• you can not edit old (for a private group) and other people's messages;
  
• you can't link to groups;
  

Channels:

• in each message the name of the channel is written (and this is superfluous);
  
• channels can be accessed by links to make a rubricator with links to them.
  

Disadvantages:

• It is impossible to specify (change) an arbitrary entry date (it may be necessary in diary entries), it can only be the current one.
  
• Categories are not sorted alphabetically (only 5 categories can be fixed), but you can make a rubricator in which you can arrange links to category groups in alphabetical order.
  
• You cannot transfer a note from one category to another, you have to forward it, and delete it in the original category.
  
• Forwarding a note does not save its original date.
  
• Note categories are displayed in a general list along with the usual groups and channels in the "all chats" and "new" folders.
