Extract note from Time Machine backup (in Catalina 10.15.7)?

A misfortune happened - I erased some of the data in the right note, and I wanted to restore it through an early Time Machine backup. Googled this question and advised to restore 3 NotesV7.storedata files, but this did not work - in general, all the notes disappeared (then I restored from iCloud, but there are no old backups, only one current version). Probably something has changed with Notes in Catalina. Who knows where the notes are stored and how to pull them out and see them correctly?

Notes are located in ~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.notes/ and are a sqlite database.
