Unreadable word doc, docx. How?

Hello.
I work on mac, os x elcapitan. I am writing an essay through the office. There is a need to save this document so that it would be readable only on os x machines, that is, on windows this document would be practically unreadable when opened. Password-protecting the document is not an option.

But at the output, such a file has the .pages format, but you need the file to be in the .doc or .docx format
