What desktop notes do you use?

I can't find notes on my desktop at all. So that they are attached to it, so that they do not collapse when WIN + D, so that you can adjust the color and size. Sticky Notes didn't fit. Xwidget turned out to be a complete disappointment. Wallpaper Engine - didn't find note functionality there.
Other "programulins" do not inspire confidence.
OS: Windows 10.

I don't use Windows.
But "The rest of the" programulins "do not inspire confidence." What does it mean that they do not inspire confidence ?? Might be worth a try?
And the second. I think these notes are not the most convenient solution.
There are several reasons.
First, your computer is broken and all your notes are not available. Therefore, I use notes only in the clouds. Now there are a lot of solutions, choose)
Second, it seems to me that storing them on the desktop itself is not convenient. And other users and authors of these solutions are aware of this, and therefore few quality solutions are offered on the market. (just for the desktop). And from this follows your distrust of other programs, a paradox)))
So it might be worth looking at something else. For example, evernote, onenote (by the way, what do I use). Because they are free and there are both desktop versions and mobile applications.

There is a notebook near the monitor. Stickers in the organizer.

I use Google Keep. Always open in the attached browser tab
Convenient search, there is nothing superfluous, accessible from all computers and phones
And the desktop on Windows is generally clean, even there are no shortcuts)
