How to call landlines from a browser using SIP?

For CRM (internal), you need to make a call to landlines.
I opened a test account on zadarma.com and got a SIP account. From the site (zadarma) you can call both VIP and landline phones. How to do this with jssip or sipML5, or can they only be called on sip?
