How to call git command from any folder?

Started learning GIT. I installed , but I can't create a git init repository in the folder.
Writes - "Not an internal or external command ...".
Do I need to drop git.exe into each folder? Or how can I make it so that I can call the command globally?

If I understand the question correctly, then you can call elementary. Right-click in the folder in which the entire project is located or on the part of which you are working, select Git Bash, the console opens and type in the git init command.
