Changing Git commit message editor on Windows?

Hey!
Who used / use git under windows (git bash) tell me how to change the default commit editor from vim to a standard Windows notepad? In Linux it is clear that a trivial task. In Windows it is somehow not clear. It would be possible to use vim, but he also froze me in Linux. To teach an editor for the sake of an editor and an increase in the HR is some level of snobbery that is unattainable for me.
Therefore, the question for those who are not indifferent is how to set up a call to a standard notepad for editing messages to commits in Windows?
