How to reapply applied commits?

There was a following situation which I do not know how to solve.
there is a master branch and there is a feature1 branch, the
commits from the feature1 branch were merged into the master branch (the merge happened, there are commits from the feature1 branch in the master.).
Then the code that was in the feature1 branch was removed and this change was committed to master.
Now you need to create the PR again in the master, but at the same time, the code that was deleted should be the difference between the master and feature1.
