Tell me, where can I look at the formulas by which you can calculate the size of headings, indents, paragraphs, etc. for the text content of the site (text pages)?

There are no clear rules "H1 = 2.35*p-size" There is a
rule that a nested heading cannot be larger than the parent heading.

There are no universal mathematical formulas for any case.
In simple cases, you can multiply by 1.6 or 0.6 from the base one and find yourself approximate indents and sizes, and then adjust it.
