How to bypass Yandex sanctions?

Created a service for people, very much needed ...
At the start of the development of the service, I sent about 200 links to it (domain).
The site fell under Yandex filters even before the service was

launched. I launched the service, deleted all links, clicked on the button in the webmaster, which fixed everything, but the filter did not remove, today exactly a month has passed and it became possible to click on the "I fixed everything" button again.

At the moment, Yandex perfectly indexes the site, but does not show it in the search results, apparently a month was not enough to check incoming links.
Any advice on how to remove the filter?
How to drive traffic from Yandex to the site under the filter? I'm thinking of creating a subdomain on a third-party hosting and hosting a full copy of the current site on it, but I haven't figured out how this can help me yet.
I am sure that I will be able to get into the Yandex search results on a subdomain very quickly, but how then can I refuse the subdomain?
Please advise something useful.
Thank you.

Do not be afraid to write to technical support and ask for examples of pages or blocks for which the filter is applied.

If it's fast, then you just had to run on the soul of the domain

200 links is not that much, except perhaps with the same anchor... :) Most likely, it's not about links, but some other violation, most likely spam or non-unique content.
I advise you to try to find out the reason in technical support, so as not to repeat the mistake again.
After that, I recommend buying a new domain and doing everything on it, because. this site has already been marked by Yandex as a violator, and even if it leaves the filter, for example, in six months, it will still receive closer attention and the likelihood of sanctions is growing sharply.
