How to bypass blocking custom extensions in chrome?

Today Chrome Stable blocked all my userScripts and a couple of third party extensions. The event is expected, because on Habré already wrote about such a decision by Google ( habrahabr.ru/post/224423/). The question is how to safely bypass such a limitation?
