Does MS Security Essential constantly (once every 30-60 minutes) find Ransom.P Trojan in Chrome's cache when Chrome is running?

MS Security Essential, when Chrome is running, constantly (once every 30-60 minutes) finds the Ransom.P Trojan in the Chrome cache.
Internet and support search turned up nothing. A quick scan does not find anything, a full scan goes on for several days and so far it has never been completed.
The Trojan gets hard, for example, in this
file:

boot from LiveCD and check with other antivirus
clear cache

Clear the cache completely! If it doesn't help, just run some antispyware.

Loading happens not only from CD, but also from flash drives :)
