Is it possible to get rid of the slowdown in chrome when working with shared google documents?

Hello. The user complains about the brakes when working with shared Googledisk documents. The system noticeably freezes when opening shared documents. Task Manager shows increased network load, CPU and memory load indicators - up to 90% by browsers. If you end the browser processes (tried chrome, and the fox, and the donkey), the system comes to life. When working as the same user with the same accounts/documents on another PC at the same time, everything works fine without hangups. Working in a browser not with documents also raises no objections. The Win7Pro_x64 system was reinstalled from the native image a month ago, sp1 is rolled up, the drivers are installed, the system does not give errors just like that, sfc, checkdisk and victoria do not find errors and destruction. 4 GB of RAM, more than 50 GB of free disk space, the paging file is set to automatic mode (HDD is installed).
Using chrome://flags in chrome, I put everything related to the GPU in enable, but there is no result.
What else can you see?
