I decided to buy the kindle-edition of the ninth edition of Core Java (Cay Horstmann, Gary Cornell) from amazon.com.
I paid with a Master Card debit card from Sberbank on July 7, 2013 without entering CVC2, SMS passwords, etc. etc.
The money was withdrawn from me ($21.60), but in my personal account on Amazon, the order hung (and continues to hang) with the status “Your payment revision required”.
Last night I received an SMS from Sberbank that the payment was cancelled.
Contacted Amazon. Their support says "contact your bank and find out how long it takes them to process a payment without a CVC2 code."
Dear, I am interested in the successful experience of shopping on Amazon with a Sberbank debit card. Please share.
I myself safely pay for everything on ebay.com via PayPal using the same card.

Everything is a little easier. Plastic savings will not work (processing restrictions).
Upon a call to the Sberbank CC, a virtual card is issued (appears in Sberbankonline). Operations on it can take place without CVV (I bought it just on Amazon).
The last time I used cards issued by RNKO (corn there), they blocked me ( tyk ).
This story ended with the fact that it is impossible to actively use the card, as it is prohibited by the offer (and I agreed with it). 18 rubles were squeezed. (and it would not be 18, but let's say 15000 would also be clamped). The points looked plausible, although they were contrary to common sense and the Civil Code. I was offered to go to three letters (to court). Due to 18 p. I refused.

The best way out for you would be to arrange free corn in the nearest Euroset.
