Does anyone have information, what is the cost of mobile processors? Found only about apple. How much do solutions from Qualcomm, NVIDIA(Tegra2,Tegra3), MediaTek(MT6236, MT6513, MT6573, MT6575) cost for device manufacturers?

Tegra 3 and qualcomm, which are krait, as far as I remember, 20-25 bucks. But this is for bulk purchases. AM logic'ovskie dual-core processors on cortex a8 for 1.2 - 7 bucks. MTK, I think similar solutions are even cheaper.
Looked at alibaba.com) where direct deliveries from factories.

I can still say that Qualcomm S2 8255T costs about 17 bucks.
Exynos in Galaxy SII = 22 bucks, according to the same source.
Souce: iSupply, when they took apart the lumia 900 (sorry, no link, but google for "lumia 900 teared down").
I think these prices can be roughly based on models with S4, tegra 2.
